I am passionate about the disability and community services sector because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, independent and fulfilling life, with the right support around them.
With over 6.5 years of experience across the NDIS, disability, aged care and community services sectors, I have developed a strong passion for person-centred support and advocacy.
I enjoy building genuine relationships with participants, families and service providers and working collaboratively to understand each person’s goals, preferences and individual needs.
I am particularly passionate about helping participants navigate the NDIS, connect with appropriate supports and achieve greater choice, independence and quality of life.
I believe good support coordination is not just about coordinating services — it is about listening, advocating, empowering and making sure the participant remains at the centre of every decision.
