Director

Brittany is the Director of Acclaimed Community Support Services.

Brittany comes with a wealth of knowledge of the NDIS and works tirelessly to ensure high quality services and positive client experiences.

About Me:

I enjoy watching sports, especially AFL (GO PIES) and F1. I’m a dog person and will easily be distracted by your pets. My happy place is holidaying along the Murray River. I am a Mum of 2

Professional experience and approach:

I have completed my Bachelor in Psychology and Masters in Counselling. I have played several roles in service delivery to NDIS participants, however, my approach does not waiver.

I am aware and respectful of everyone’s recovery journey and work consciously to meet participants where they are.

I work within a recovery orientated model and strengths based approach.

Everyone deserves to live a fulfilled life. I may play a large or small part in clients recovery, whatever it may be, I am to make it a positive experience.

I began my career in the hospital sector before moving into disability, where I found a genuine passion for supporting others. I value helping people build independence and achieve their goals, whilst treating everyone with respect and kindness. Seeing individuals grow in confidence and reach meaningful milestones is what makes this work so rewarding for me.

Ines employs a strength-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, fueled by her passion for service. Her professional interests encompass mental health, early intervention, and supporting individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Ines holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s in social work.

I am deeply passionate about working within NDIS Support Coordination Sector, where I combine my leadership, empathy and problem-solving skills to deliver person-centred outcomes and create lasting positive impact. Support Coordination is more than a career for me- it’s a purpose for what I experienced action speaks louder than words.

Formal Qualification/s:

I have completed my post- graduation in public Health and International Business administration. Alongside with post-graduation in Early Childhood Teaching (Special Needs Kids). I am looking forward to specialise in Counselling and will be pursuing my studies Mental Health Counselling.

Passion for the sector:

Coming from a social entrepreneurial background, I have grown up with a strong passion of helping people in any way I can. I have a drive to make a difference in this world, and an innate curiosity to always learn – also fostering my love for science. I look forward to furthering my career as a counsellor to do exactly this, and I strive to specialise in genetic counselling, which is the perfect amalgamation of my callings. I am guided by the values of empathy, integrity, respect, and care.

Formal Qualification/s:

I hold a Bachelor of Science qualification specialising in Genetics and Psychology from Monash University. I also hold a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC).
